Tunnel Book

Below is a tunnel book I made that is related to my anti-bullying invented culture. The world that my culture lives in is very different than the world we know. I previously made a pinhole camera of a central heart that was found at the center of my culture’s home. You can again see this central heart towards the back of the tunnel book. This heart pumps life into the world through intertwined vine-like veins. The culture’s world is very natural and is like a thick forest. There are no cars or buildings.

I used cardstock paper for the sides of the tunnel book for more structured support. I did not have more cardstock of the same color scheme, so I continued the project with construction paper. If I were to do this again, I would use more cardstock at least for the front part of the book. The construction paper got a little wavy. My professor also suggested a spray varnish to help with the structure of the construction paper.
